Faithfulness

God's faithfulness is above any we could ever find here on earth. When He says He will do something, He will do it. Have you ever thought about this? How is it that He can do everything He says He would do? Well, first off He's God. Secondly, it is because He has already done it! Hebrews 4 tells us about entering the rest of God. In Genesis it says God rested on the seventh day from all His works; note it says all His works. Thus the work of Him dying on the cross was done before the foundation of the world.

Anyway, that is not what this entry is about. This entry is about His faithfulness. I wrote about getting "off" lately a post or two ago. Well, God is faithful, He brought me back to His presence. I wandered from the flock and He brought me back. I have been seeking His word everyday and boy am I back "on" it. My perspective is getting back to where it needs to be, namely that God is in control of it all and I need to seek Him first above all things. And so I have been, and by the power of God will not stop either.
